Our very own KCB has stretched a hand to the global entrepreneurship summit going down this weekend, of Ksh. 10 Million. KCB is vividly leading the park of our local banks supporting entrepreneurship.

The Global Entrepreneurship Summit -This is the 6th since its launch by POTUS (President of the United States)-Has received a major boost from the Kenya Commercial Bank of Kenya with a sponsorship cheque worth kes.10million (approx 100000U.S Dollar).The CEO of KCB Mr.Joshua Oigara sees this as a major opportunity for the bank to grow and network its wings all over the globe with a target base of entrepreneurs becoming the most desired bank by the latter.

“For us, this is a platform for the Bank to demonstrate its strong impact and heritage in Africa and its future commitment to the Continent.” Said Oigara

Over the past few years the bank has been indeed on the forefront in encouraging business developments. Around May this year KCB hit headlines whereby they are working on a multi-billion project. Mr.Oigara added that multimillion dollar strategic plans have been formulated and implemented by the bank.

“We have a long history in East Africa, remain committed to the African Agenda and we are optimistic about the continent’s future potential in the area of entrepreneurship, innovation and supporting its regional legacy projects to drive national development and economic prosperity”
